VERIFY that SDARS is set to AKTIV in the CAPPL module.

This whole video I’ve been impressed that bmw added extra slots the extra spring pressure for the trunk. I never saw this on my 550 since I’ve never had to go back there but if my trunk ever slows down, now I know what to do.

Hi Ryan, I just wanted you to know that your videos on the e60 are great. I have a very early e60 M5 too (same month-of-production as your dad's). I followed your LCI head and tail retrofit and it was note-for-note perfect for my car. I've been waiting with great interest for your manual swap and I will absolutely be following behind you - which I guess is just a longer way of saying please, please keep up the same great quality for that series; it really helps some of us out here! :)

27:47 my 08 e60 550i has preset buttons on the dash. You can program then to do anything you want from idrive. Not just radio settings.

Hate the BMW coding programs, got bimmercode for my phone instead to code something out on my f80. doing SMG to manual swap then? would also be interesting to see CIC/NBT iDrive retrofit on the E60

Interesting procedure, but I don't get the point of satellite radio when there's Spotify and other music on demand providers.

@e39source, My m5 works perfectly except for the auto blip on the downshift.
I'm assuming thats a fault in the software of the car. Is that correct?
How do I fix it? Thanks in advance.
