Windy City are another hidden Gem that never made it out of Chicago's underground and it's a damn shame because this entire album is better than a large amount of the underground soul/funk that was being made at the time, in my opinion.
This record has gorgeous writing/arrangements, and incredible vocalists that came together for this one off collection of songs filled to the brim with emotion, swagger, plus the skill to make it all fluidly cohesive.

Edit: Also, I’m fairly certain this was produced by Carl Davis and Otis Leavill- two extremely well respected industry executives at the time. I just wish there was more that came from this group honestly.
