Actualy if you take wolverine's bones away you make his healing factor stronger

Restraining Deadpool is the easier of the two. Cut his limbs off and place his torso in a box a size that doesn't allow them to regenerate. Place a large cement block on top and chain it up, then throw the box in the Mariana Trench. So even if he doesn't do drowning, he still can't move. So I'm gonna assume that this movie Wolverine and movie Wolverine doesn't do drowning either (comic Wolverine does. In fact, it's possible that it works on all regenerative folks in the same wheelhouse, as this was the method that Wolverine used to kill Saul). A much easier method to restrain him than the Infinity Stones is just submerging him in liquid adamantium and keeping him there until it hardens, which is about seven minutes. Even if he somehow survives, he's not going anywhere unless someone wielding Mjölnir and an adamantium chisel gets him out. So I'd suggest the Mariana Trench again, no cement or chain needed
