The Topo Athletic TerraVenture 3 - My Final Thoughts

Today I present my final thoughts on the Topo Athletic Terraventure 3. So far, this has been my favorite hiking shoe. It's durable, well-made, and stays comfortable all day long.

Your beard is on fire!! 🔥😍 I have the terraventure 3. I love them. I went into Fleet Feet today to try the ultraventure. Nope, too much cushion. I had told the sweet fella that helped me that I have been running in my terraventure's for over a year, with hardly any wear!! He told me that I need to get new ones even though they may still look good, the foam is probably starting to break down. I just can't believe how well they have held up. I especially like how snug the mid foot and heel is with still having a wide toe box. Fantastic!

I have the Topo waterproof Ultraventure and Altra Timpson 3. I alternate wearing them.
The sole of the Altra is now 'flat' whereas the the Vibram sole of the Topo is still in good condition.
The Ultraventure however has problem with the glue, part of the fabric has separated from the rim of the shoe.

Hope my Terradventures get as many miles on them as yours, I got a full closet of new shoes that aren't as comfortable. I could literally open a shoe store and try to get some money back! LOL

Hello sir, I am thinking to purchase this shoe presently. Just one thing want to ask you. It’s the water drainage of it coz most of the trail places I run have a lot of creek crossings there.

i have the MT-4 and other topo's for running (cyclone and Flylite 3) ... i hope topo doesn't move to higher stack height in generell... like they did with the ultraventure... i think 25 is high enough...
what do you think about the midsole of the terraventure? Isn't it too soft for you?

KEEN only uses their own outsoles, never Vibram.
