Hey Monica, very helpful vide. Just need some clarification on capturing emails. To trigger either abandonment do you have to have captured their email at some point? So does that include pop ups and if they type out their email in the checkout phase and don't click anything else? What about browse abandonment? They would have to be on your brand's email list?

Hey Monica 👋, I have just started out klaviyo. And I saw in one of your videos that you made last 30 days, last 90 days, and last 180 days engaged segment and 5 and 10 campaigns unengament segments. Do I need to have any other segments and what emails should I send to each segments ? I'm really confused. Could you please help me

In order to take advantage of this we will have needed to capture their email first via some type of pop up or incentive right?

Segments that I have made by following you contain almost the same people . For example under last 30 days and 90 days engaged Segments almost same group of people are there so if I'm sending emails to last 30 days engaged segment and different emails to last 90 days engaged segment then the same people are getting different emails. I hope I made my point clear
