thank you for posting this!! it is really important to address these situations..

so my experience was very similar to yours but instead, right before i received the email i submitted a ticket to receive an email from a legitimate company.. so i was expecting an email, and with my luck i got an email that i assumed was a response from the company.. but INSTEAD it was an impersonator of the *same* exact company who managed to email me at the perfect time by coincidence unless there was some sort of breach where they had access to all submissions. this completely fooled me since i thought i had received a response.. and you can already guess how everything went on from there 😔


this was the first time that anything like this has ever happened to me.. but the major takeaway from this is that you have to invest in your own security as early as possible, and to be cautious!!
sadly i never knew that titan keys existed before this happened to me, but i now have a bundle on the way and so should you! 😎
support has removed the strike for now, but there is still a lot to be done since my username is not fully restored.. i'm going to try uploading again hopefully!

I did not have a good sleep, but thank you so much for checkin' in Sona! :D It makes me so happy! I feel bad when someone gets hacked because I can only imagine the anxiety they go through.
