he ends up going back inside and gets ready for work thinking his neighbor would have left. he did not he saw him hiding in his garage and ran inside and called the cops. the cops searched OPs house and the neighbors, didnt find him. so they leave and OP goes on his porch with bear mace and sees his neighbor in the woods staring at him. OP calls the cops and they arrest the neighbor the neighbor says he was just trying to scare him. they found zip ties and vodka a knife and a note on him. the "coke" was pesticides the neighbor was gonna kill him or his wife.
