Показать описание
In this special COVID-19 crisis management webinar, Insignia's Jonathan Hemus is joined by Cathay Pacific's Gus Whitcomb to share personal COVID-19 learnings and practical advice on how to build resilience against a second coronavirus outbreak or an unrelated crisis.
Gus Whitcomb has spent most of his 25-year career working in the aviation sector, initially specialising in communication but since 2013 with a broader crisis management remit as Head of Group Business Resilience at Cathay Pacific. As the person responsible for crisis management at a Hong Kong-headquartered airline, Gus was in the very frontline of responding to the COVID-19 outbreak from day one.
Not only that, in 2001 Gus was American Airlines’ Managing Director of Corporate Communications when two of its aircraft were involved in the 9/11 attacks.
