A request from Andrew Tate and his brother Tristan to visit their mum who suffered a heart attack in the UK has been denied.

A Romanian court officially denied the brothers’ request.

The pair of brothers who are dual US and UK nationals currently face rape charges and human trafficking charges.

The Tate brothers have continually denied the charges.

A spokesperson for the pair says the ruling has left them disheartened.
