How do you know if you're suffering from gynecomastia?

Only two possible telltale signs of gynecomastia are pain or tenderness, which may increase with time and swelling. To the touch, under the nipple, it feels like a rubbery lump that affects one or both. Indicative appearance involves a similarity to that of the breasts of a woman.

I am realizing now that I have gyno, but i've been training chest for around 5 months and it's starting look better.
You can grow a bigger chest overall and make the gyno look ALOT less visible.
So what is important is good nutrtion and exercises that target your chest.

Hello sir, I had gyno problem from last 7-8 months. Is there is any possibility to cure gyno problem by doing proper workouts?. I don't know where it's cure completely. But there is the some changes in my chest, I don't know where the fat is burning or not, but I had some changes. There is any remedies to cure this problem completely without surgery.
