The concept of this video is imo: at this time in her life she had been publicly humiliated by Kanye and “cancelled” because of both Kanye and Kim lying about her. Her public image was bad generally speaking and the public thought things about her that weren’t true and at the time there was nothing she could do to change that. She just left the public eye for about a year. Around that time she started dating Joe Alwyn. She moved to London and began a life with him there. So for me her dancing badly and making funny faces etc throughout this video and seemingly being invisible to the public no matter what she does represents how the public don’t really know her. They don’t see how she actually is, just what’s said about her online. When she enters the bar or restaurant and makes eye contact with someone (I perceive it to be her Lover) a golden light surrounds her and she smiles and presumably goes to sit with them. For me this represents how her Lover sees her and how he knows who she really is inside and loves her regardless of what the public might have thought of her at that time.
