Did you say if the user views the icon "in" internet explorer or views the icon "and" internet explorer. Meaning did it activate from just both being on screen at the same time or did you have to open one of them?

Wrong, zero day attacks is when the victim does not need to do anything for the for the exploit to work except for the initial delivery into the victims machine, no click, no opening of email, nothing. So the victim would be completely unaware of what was happening
