EDIT: Tested it today. Good to know that they fixed the messy desktop shortcuts that were present in Zorin 15. I'll be using this as my daily driver.

Most underrated distro. I genuinely think the guys have done a superb job to make GNOME attractive to new users: it looks modern, polished and elegant. Good job! I installed Z15 to my uneducated parent's PC and they are using it daily without even asking for help. Zero learning curve from people coming from windows. Now I'm waiting Z16 so that I can colonize their laptop too... :)

I'm running this new version as my daily driver. What I would say though is that anyone using it update its kernel from 5.8 to 5.10LTS to get the years of security kernel updates. I have no major issues, had some freezes but it's a beta version. You can and will be able to update straight from beta to stable as soon as they release it.

All in all, looks like i good alternative for those who can't go to windows 11 or wanna move over to linux but like the look of windows 11. But if I'm being honest, hair, the visuals need some work.

Bro can I install deb packages out if the box? I couldn't do that in elementary os even with eddy, as it kept showing me python dependency errors
