A DEBT that I, nor anyone else who pays support took out personally. For the men, like myself who actually are in their children’s lives, we get treated terribly by the courts. Yet the drug dealers and true deadbeats get away with everything. Especially here in Philly. I see my kids regularly. In fact I was told by the Prosecutor at my contempt of court hearing that it wasn’t about being a great father and being in the kids lives. Wow. Basically I was told if I’m not giving the court money, everything else was irrelevant. So when did being a good father become irrelevant? I’m hoping that maybe you, a judge, can answer that honestly! Because I’m confused!

What do they call it when the non-custodial lies about his income and lies about the amount of health insurance he pays because he's worked two jobs but he only reported one and when he got caught he told them that he only worked two jobs for three months but when I went on his employer's website there's a picture of him they're working a year prior to the three months would this also be considered back pay

So what about when they don’t file taxes and you don’t get the income tax so my ex-husband deliberately stop filing taxes so I wouldn’t intercept the taxes while my child was growing up so what I plan on doing is reporting him to the IRS for not paying taxes I have not done that yet because I’m waiting to go to court for arrears but once I go to court for my rears and whatever the outcome is then I’m going to report him to the Internal Revenue Service for not filing. He has not filed since 2003 that’s a long time. Over 20 years

What about the ones who have children who are grown and the parent was receiving arrearages for paying more then their 50% share and they were behind on paying that. I was receiving it up til 2017 almost 2018. They stopped it due to a new Federal Law that passed they cannot touch or tax SSD, SSDI, or SSI that they had to stop payments.

What are your thoughts on one making a child support payment in a lump sum?

what if he owes 2000 and his refund is 8000 do they take a portion and send it to you and is that a reason they could be holding his refund back?

So what happens if you have arrears but you've never missed a payment?...The arrears are retro and are being paid down monthly.

What happens to child support arrears from one state to another state. For instance Arizona does not have a statute of limitations on collecting the arrears and the parent who owes it is from Arizona and moved to Michigan, which has a statute of limitations for collecting of 10 years. The 10 years has now expired, should the arrears enforcement stop since the parent who owes the arrears lives in Michigan?

Title IV-D is a privet business and is contracted to go after arrears . if title IV-D takes you to court .a judge is violating his/her oath and is hearing the case as a contractor judge . judges can not be contracted

Get a good look and listen folks, this is a promoter of eugenics right here. Ask any man why they wont have kids (not they dont want kids) and this woman is your answer.

What motion do you file with the court in order to receive credit for insurance premiums paid throughout the year to be applied to the arrears?

When you reach out to ocse over an active case, how long do they have to respond, or can they ignore your request to speak to someone? As of today, I am 15 days out with no response from them. I know that you are in Texas, but I can't seem to find someone here in the great state of Arkansas with the cognitive ability to answer what I feel is a simple question.

Do you deal child custody as well? I have a complex case and would like a consultation

Is child support for the child or for the custodial parent? If child support IS for the child and the custodial parent has never received any support from the state (ie, foodstamps, TANF, or money), but the non-custodial parent owes arrears and the child is now a 21year old adult, does the arrears go to the adult child or the custodial parent and is the family court still involved?
