People need to stop assessing build quality by sheet metal thickness or door thud. Sheet metal is just aesthetic layer over the chassis which truly measures the build quality.
Door thud is nothing but science of vaccum and insulation. If door thuds would have measured build quality, then all luxury cars would have failed test because they hardly make any sound.

Fiber ka bumper because of pedestrian safety norms. This ain't 1960s where all car had steel chrome bumpers.
I agree the sheet still feels light at some places but c'mon man Nissan Magnite feels like Alto in terms of sheet flimsiness but still bagged 4 stars.

My gv (zeta plus) got hit by a truck which was reversing suddenly. Hardly any damage to the door and got repaired for just under 12k. And a b8g no about sheet thickness. The door is pretty strong
