The eggs she receives in S1 have always been speculated to be from westeros and dance of the dragons and it makes a lot of sense.
There were many dragon eggs after the dance and nobody knew how to hatch them.
The one who tried.. a good character very likely about to commit a terrible crime.. was apparently stopped by Duncan.. the event culminated with the birth of Rhaegar Targaryen.
Its funny to think a guy called Egg tried to hatch Eggs and was killed for it only for Daenerys to hatch the very same eggs later.. with Kings Blood and a living Sacrifice...

If there is anything to learn about all of this for Targaryens and other.. do not keep secrets.. document important stuff like hatching of dragon eggs...

Also the eggs are of different dragons.

The thing is that Daenerys and Rhaenyra both suffer big losses and that could have been prevented in both times thats why Olenna told her "Be a dragon" to Daenerys but the show, the writers did not put any talent to create a more original ending a more deserving one to a massive character that she is and for Rhaenyra, the greens stole her right because Viserys put her as heir, in my opinion, Rhaenyra was weak in the most important moment in the dance of the dragon and that cost her... youll see, and Dany, she lost everything to help Jon, Tyrion and that ungrateful Sonsa.
