My company is 128 years old. We went with a DEI program about 5 years ago and we are setting new records for workplace accidents, injuries, sick days, last minute call-ins, no shows, and outright mid-shift quitting than at any time since 1897. I've been there over 19 years and hardly recognize the place anymore.

Hiring individuals or not allowing whites into positions to fill an arbitrary quota for diversity is a major issue. Its also illegal to discriminate based on race already. To everyone who has been denied employment based on your race due to DEI quotas should lawyer up and sue.
