I wouldnt say that a round face is an insecurity of mine at all and i dont think the idols who have it are insecure about it either. For example Jennie looks very beautiful with her round face! In fact it would look weird if her face was oval and not round. I love idols the way they are. I dont think they should be whitewashed and /or need plastic surgery etc. just to fit the Korean beauty standards.
