Anyone that believes that the government doesn't have a registry will fall for anything

My friend's father got a letter of warning from the ATF back in the 90's. Stated he was on a watch list for the amount of firearms he has! In the 90's!

As a former gun store manager, and having had the BATFE call many times to verify who purchased a particular firearm (trace), I can tell you without a doubt that ALL new firearms are known as to where they are sold - from manufacturer - distributer- FFL Dealer- all the way to an individual. When the BATFE calls a gun store, you are expected to tell them immediately, during the phone call, who purchased the firearm in question. For the BATFE to know who purchased a new firearm from a dealer within a day's time is absolutely doable, especially on a high profile case like this. Ask any FFL and they will tell you the same.

If there is no searchable function, how the hell did they find where they were purchased, the date!?! Yeah, no searchable function, my ass!

It would take them all of an hour to pull up the FULL records of both service men and be able to match up dates and locations. It is laughable that those details are still “under investigation”.

They can't confirm that the 2 people in question were at Ft. Bragg at the same time....but you can tell me who, when, and where the guns were

We all know they have a registry! If they have possession of 4473's they have a registry!

We all know the ATF is VIOLATING THE LAWS. When will THEY be brought to justice!? We need the DOJ to go after the ATF.

My brothers own a pawn shop where they sell guns and one told me they keep the records so they dont know who owns what, then my nephew was there during an audit.I asked him what they did during audit and he said the agent took pictures of all the 4473s and the sign in and sign out book. They absolutely know.

How did the driver's license, credit cards and passport survive the fire that damaged the firearms and burned the body beyond recognition?

To find out if these two guys served anywhere together takes all of two minutes through DOD.
