Maker movement and 3D Printing | Furkan Bakır | TEDxYouth@IEL

This talk was given at a local TEDx event, produced independently of the TED Conferences. Furkan Bakir gives insight about 3D printing and his works.

Furkan Bakır studied Global and International Relations and graduated from the Dual Diploma program of Bilkent University and SUNY Binghamton in 2008. He had worked in Turkish Airlines for 2 years. In 2013 September he founded 3Dörtgen as the Turkey’s and World’s first 3D Printer Concept store where people can design and print in 3D, rest and drink their coffee, participate in a workshop and be 3D scanned. He has been working to increase the awareness and adoption of 3D Printing in schools, industries and by individuals via participating and organizing events, conferences and meetups. He is an active Kickstarter funder, Open Source supporter, Maker and a father.

Bad audio quality. Would really like this to change, so I can have the oppurtunity to listen to maybe some potential good talks
