Redmi: How to check, if your Phone is Original or Fake? - 2 Codes to check, if it is real or not

With this tutorial video, I want to show you, how you can find out, if your Redmi phone/tablet is an original or just a clone. I will show you two secret codes to check the IMEI number and the model number.

1. IMEI number (an unique number for each phone): dial *#06#
2. Model number: Settings - About Phone - All specs

It works for several devices like:
Redmi Note 12 (Pro), 11 (Pro), 10 (Pro), 9 (Pro), 8 (Pro)
Redmi Note 12S, 11S, 10S, 9S, 8S
Redmi 10, 10 Prime, Redmi 9, 9A, 9AT, 9i, 9c, Redmi 8
