Sure the jazz looked worse on the outside, but its whats inside that counts.

The crash test dummys head in the Fit just about did a 360. Dang.

what this does not show is the energy transfer to the lighter car which is substantial. like when you bump into a heavier person. I do not think the energy absorbing crumple zone of the fit is big enough to compensate for that.

That is comparing pears to apples. It can be a real scenario, but one of the cars is heavier. It still looks like the Jazz driver could have survived.

Only thing the fit has going for it is the fact the Side impact airbags deployed faster than in the Accord.

Ребята, это не правильные тэсты и замеры, да они как-бы жизненные, НО!!! Фит легче, а соответственно, кинетическая энергия более тяжелого авто автоматически переносится на малыша и разрушает его больше.Дальше, скорость, даже если одинакова, при столкновении, она равна в точке 0, у хонды аккорд минус 30км в ч., а у Фит плюс 30км. в ч., т.к. разница в весе составляет в 40-50 процентов, это здесь тоже никто не учел. Так же было-бы плохо Аккорду, если его столкнуть с Зилом, так что теперь на Зилах всем здить, он "Типо" безопаснее? Вот сидят барашки Европиоидные и снимают кино, а толку в нем полный НОЛЬ. Опять же это наверное маркетинговый ход, чтобы покупали большее и дороже .
