Did You Know In A GOOFY MOVIE…

There are small easter eggs that reference other Disney animated characters. During the scene where Goofy is taking the baby’s picture, there are piles of stuffed animals in the background behind Goofy. Two of them may look a little recognisable. There is a lion, which is a nod to Simba and Mufasa from 1994’s The Lion King. Also poking out from behind the camera is what looks like Bambi from the movie of the same name that was released back in 1942.

The lion is a bit of a stretch since it just looks like a generic lion. However I can buy the Bambi plush since it’s actually shaped like him.

I'm surprised he didn't mention that we LITERALLY SEE Mickey Mouse and Donald Duck singing as background characters when Goofy and Max are singing "On the Open Road" while driving in the car to go fishing. Donald Duck is also mentioned by Max to Goofy when Goofy tells his son that he is going fishing with his BEST BUDDY. Max says "Donald Duck" and Goofy says "No, its YOU" and Max faints. There is also a Mickey Mouse lamp in Max's bedroom that we see when he first wakes up.
