My home-made salads usually have lettuce, spinach, tomato, red and green peppers, onion, carrots, cucumber, salt, lemon and olive oil. When it comes to avocado, I usually prefer having it alone with rice to having it in a salad.

I put all this vegetables in my salad. Mostly lettuce, tomatoes, onion and greated carrot. I think is the best way of eating fresh vegetables. Morover it's delicious!!

i put tomatoes, cumumber, lettuce, carrot, by small cube size and pour vinegar, sprinkle dry crush mints, also sprinkle black papper. ready to eat 😋

I've put cucumber 🥒, tomatoes 🍅, onion 🧅, green chilli those are cut as ring spices and squeeze 🍋 lemon over the salat gets dressed by some black pepper and salt 🧂

To be honest, Salat is not my prefered dish, but if i have to consume it, it should be as follow: peeled tomatoes, grilled and peeled green peppers red onions, bio olives green and black, venegar, olive oil, parsley, salt and pepper that's it
