BRO I JUST FOUND A GLITCH SO I CAN COMMENT ON AN ADD THAT HAS COMMENTS LOCKED LOL:
STEP 1: scroll threw shorts to the add you wanna comment on.
STEP 2: scroll up 1 from the ad.
STEP 3: scroll down to the ad and then back up 1 before the ad can load fully, this should make the ad play even though your not watching the ad instead you will see the first frame of the short above the ad but hear the ad.
STEP 4: stay on the frozen short above the ad, then click on the frozen shorts comment section button.
STEP 5: scroll down to the ad it should now have glitched comment section opened.
DISCLAIMER: IDK if this works for everyone it might be a me problem e.g. my pc/internet being garbage, it might be a bit difficult.
