Makes me want to get in my car and drive to the opposite side of the country. One of my favorite things I used to do. ...Drive my car across country. Stay in cheap motels. Stop at weird roadside attractions, museums, listen to hours and hours of my favorite music, many of those songs on full blast, especially driving at night, with all the windows rolled all the way down. Only my headlights and lane reflectors to see the highway ahead of me, and my green dash lights and red stereo lights, the only light in my windy car. :)

I’m one of those people who was too young in the Fleetwood Mac era to have the proper access to the music. My father was into Mozart, mom into the Beatles. Brother was a metal head. And the earliest things I can remember was Michael Jackson’s Bad taking over MTV. I was 7 and I didn’t realize Fleetwood Mac’s Everywhere released in THAT SAME YEAR. But now when I hear it I understand it WAS THERE. It was like a sprinkle of fairy dust in the back ground. That song makes me bawl my eyes out about time passing by and me not realizing how good I have it. Not being able to enjoy my days now because we’re so buried in work and stress and entertainment to keep us distracted. I wanna truly love and truly live again. ❤ 😭
