In March 2023 Royal Australian College of General practitioners recognised doctors with MRCGP International (South Asia) to be considered partially comparable specialists through practice experience program or PEP. It means no AMC exams, equal salary to Australian GPs and plenty of jobs leading to self directed FRACGP path via Practice experience program (PEP)

Hi, please make a video on what to see in Rural GP practice job contracts for MRCGP Int qualified Drs. A lot of recruiters are contacting us with offers even before getting the RACGP assessment. We are unsure whether to sign it right now or not. What do you think we should look for in the contract which we might find later after arriving in the rural region? MRCGP ( int) exam in Pakistan can be given once you have 5 year of GP experience, so definitely this comes without training compare to the UK MRCGP CCT which is training based, so wondering what we will provide if they ( AMC ) want proof of training if we have passed experience based MRCGP ( int ) ?
