I'm a 55-year-old grandma that started watching ears and years ago with my daughter and now I'm here watching with her children and I am laughing so hard.... The grandkids are sound asleep but you're real life description of the airlines literally has me laughing so hard.... Roman sleep apnea is not a death sentence if it is dealt with accordingly. I've been on a cpap machine since 1999 well to be exact four different types of them . i used them up and they were replaced by the next best one having said that I can assure you the newest types of cpaps are far superior to the ones I have gone through and the benefits are life-changing! i used to fall asleep standing up talking to folks right in front of me . at first, I thought it was comical ( kinda ) then I went on a work trip with the guys and one of them took a video of me sleeping on the couch in our room and that got me worried enough to seek help. turns out I was never getting to rim sleep and was waking up on average every three minutes each night . after a few weeks of using the machine, I never looked back. good luck !!!

Snoring no joke. I wear a CPAP machine every night and sleep great. My sleep study explained that I would stop breathing 82 times an hour which made me snore or grasp for air. Every morning I would have a headache from lack of oxygen and too much CO2. I chose no surgery since CPAP is working. Life changes as do the human body the older we get.

I used to snore super loud until I changed my bed situation. There's a bed that will adjust to your sleeping and snoring habits. It's weird but super cool. As soon as it senses you, snoring the bed will raise up on your side, or if Brit snores, it'll lift her side up. Also it's super comfortable it's a serta bed with raising and lowering options.

Hey Roman. If you put overhead shop doors on yourself serve side of car wash people can use it in the winter. Then you can program the overhead shop doors to close automatically after one minute. That way you can use the car wash year round and make you way more money. That’s how we do it in Canada. That’s how your car wash can be more profitable year round.

I literally just had a sleep medicine appointment yesterday. When you say you’re not dying, that’s not exactly true… you stop breathing when you have breathing issues and your heart could stop. Or you could not remember to breathe. I struggle with insomnia as it is… and I suffered a near catastrophic stroke 2 years ago and now I can’t stand the mask on my face. I have to go have another sleep study, but it takes 6 months to get into the lab. Please do t wait… call your doctor and get a referral to a sleep medicine specialist. 🙏🙏🙏♥️♥️♥️
