Never been a fan of the zildjian efx or Sabina o-zone stuff because they are too loud. I personally like the meinl vintage trash crash and zildjian k custom special dry trash crashes more.

This is not a fair and equal test 😂. Dope to hear different sounds from the different companies, but they are not comparing equal sizes or equal tier of cymbals to one another directly. So viewers don’t listen to this thinking zildjian is better than Sabian etc..

I'm not a fan of those multi-holed cymbals. One single hole is good for me (and just because you need it to set up the cymbal on a stand). It's not about their sound, indeed I find some of them sound good, I like that K EFX for example or the 10" K Custom Special Dry or Sabian's HolyChinas...
It's about durability. Inevitably they are weaker than regular cymbals and they use to start breaking just by their holes. And after all their sound isn't as different as a china or a regular splash. Maybe if you use them as a stack they could last longer, but I've also seen them breaking as stacks. Probably the down side of a stack would be the less harming position for them but I find it's quite limitating....
In addition, I'm so clumsy that I could easily get my stick stuck in a hole...

you guys did this demo completely the wrong way. You typically use EFX or "Holy" cymbals with other crashes or chinas or in a stack.. not bashing by itself on a 16" paper thin K. Also, almost no one is going to go, I want a holy cymbal, lets get a 16" or smaller! 18" + all day!
Ex.... I played an 18" Aero Crash with a 19" Explosion Fast Crash.
