Breaking Records With NASA Astronaut Christina Koch

We’re kicking off our Women’s History Month celebration with a special episode with record-breaking astronaut Christina Koch. Astronaut Koch set the record for the longest single spaceflight by a woman, and was part of the first all-woman spacewalk in history. Join us to learn about what it takes to be a NASA astronaut and what it’s like to live in space.

“NASA STEM Stars” is a webchat series that connects students with subject matter experts to learn about STEM careers and ask questions about STEM topics.

We’re launching STEM Engagement to new heights with learning resources that connect teachers, students, parents, and caregivers to the inspiring work NASA is doing. Join us as we apply science, technology, engineering, and mathematics to explore space, improve aeronautics, examine Earth, and strive to land the first woman and first person of color on the Moon with the Artemis program.
