Be careful of scammers. In the comments, I will NEVER suggest you contact me, offer any investment products, recommend an adviser or anything similar. NEED FINANCIAL ADVICE?
1) Google "fee-only financial adviser" or visit www.NAPFA.org
2) #1 question to ask any financial adviser is "Are you a fiduciary to me 100% of the time" Get the answer in writing
3) Please note that some people call themselves "fee-based". This is NOT the same as fee-only. Fee-only advisers have committed to being a fiduciary to you 100% of the time.
4) Speaking just for myself personally, I would only hire an adviser who is a fiduciary to me 100% of the time. This is not a suggestion on what you should do. We are all different and I do not know your personal situation.

MY VIDEOS ARE NOT FINANCIAL ADVICE (Disclaimer):

The decisions on how to invest, when to retire and other financial planning topics are some of the most important financial decisions you will make in your life. I urge you to seek professional financial advice as you make this decision. Ideally from a financial adviser, AND a CPA AND an attorney. Having the perspective of all three professions will help you make the decision that is right for you and your family.

This information is being presented without consideration of the investment objectives, risk tolerance, or financial circumstances of any specific investor may NOT be suitable for all investors.

This information is NOT intended to, and should NOT, form a primary basis for any investment decision that you may make. Always consult your own legal, tax, and/or investment advisor before making any investment/tax/estate/financial planning considerations or decisions.

I don't believe in "get rich" programs. Rather, I believe in doing your homework and working with professionals who are a fiduciary to you 100% of the time.

Retirees who struggle to meet their basic needs are the ones who could not accumulate enough money during their active years to meet their needs. Retirement choices determine a lot of things. My parents both spent same number of years in the civil service, but my mom was investing through a wealth manager, and my dad through the 401k. My mom retired with about 4.2 million, but my dad retired with roughly 1.8 million.

I believe the retirement crisis will get even worse. Many struggle to save due to low wages, rising prices, and exorbitant rents. With homeownership becoming unattainable for middle-class Americans, they may not have a home to rely on for retirement either.

Every crash/collapse brings with it an equivalent market chance if you are early informed and equipped, I've seen folks amass up to $1m amid economy crisis, and even pull it off easily in favorable conditions. Unequivocally, the collapse is getting somebody somewhere rich.

I'm 65, one thing that helped me get ahead was, I've been driving the same auto since 1998.

I'm 64, debt free, own a home worth about $600K, just bought a car for cash, and have $90k in a checking account. But my wife died in January. I would give anything to have her back.

It's recommended to save at least 15% of your income in a 401k. You can use online calculators to estimate how much you should save based on your age and income. Saving at least 15% of your income in a 401(k) can help ensure that you have enough money to retire comfortably. By saving this much, you can take advantage of compound interest and potentially grow your retirement savings over time.

51 years old. I have $295, 588.25 in my Fidelity retirement account. I cranked my contributions up to 35% and I do all the investing on my own. Fidelity just holds my ETFs/stocks. I made that change earlier this year. I'm hoping to end the rat race by 60 but it's looking more like 63-ish. I want to have $1.5M and bring in about $60k in dividends each year. Pedal to the floor! Thanks for the video. Great content.

As a soon retiree, keeping my 401k on course after a rocky 2022 is top priority. I have been reading of lnvestors making up to 250k ROI in this current crashing market, any recommendations to scale up my ROI before retirement will be highly appreciated

I definitely am not paying off my 2.24% mtg on my primary residence. My net worth is in excess of $4 million and my monthly income from SS and Pension is $6k. Rental income is just over $5k. I need income tax right offs.

I'm 48years old living in California, I'm hoping to retire at 50 if things keep going well for me. Bought my third house last month and I can't be more proud that am i now. I'm glad I made great decision about my finances that changed me forever but now I can't seem to make any other smart investment.

At the very least, I now grasp the concept of leverage.
Creating wealth and financial freedom isn't as tough as many people believe. Building wealth and remaining financially stable indefinitely is a lot easier with the appropriate information. Participating in financial programs and products is the only true approach to make a high income and remain affluent indefinitely.

I paid up all my mortgages in 2yrs while working with a Financial Adviser. I’m 50 and my husband 54 we are both retired with over $3 million in net worth and no debts. We got to realize that the secret to financial freedom is making better investments.

As an investing enthusiast, I've kept aside a good sum of capital to invest for financial independence and early retirement, but my concern right now is the market rally being propaganda. Is this a good time to buy stocks, or do I wait for the crash?

We experienced the peak of our era, and now it is gone. Recession is tanking everything including 401K. My retirement equities portfolio of $750K is in the reds. I keep losing because of inflation. This world will fall to the corrupt rulers in the same way that Rome did. I'm sorry if you're thinking about retiring and you're worried that your pension won't be enough to meet the rising cost of living. Horrible foreign policies everywhere, bad regulatory policy, bad fiscal policy, and bad energy policy.

what can I do? I have been disabled since 2009 and I am 58 years old at the verge of retirement. My portfolio of $750k is down to $492k, How can I profit from the present market", I mean I've heard of people making up to $250k in couple weeks during this crash and I'd like to know how.

As an investing enthusiast, I often wonder how top level investors are able to become millionaires off investing. . I’ve been sitting on over $545K equity from a home sale and I’m not sure where to go from here, is it a good time to buy into stocks or do I wait for another opportunity?

Here's the deal on my mortgage. My refied mortage loan P&I is $379 (2.25%). My escrow is $380/mo for taxes and insurance. Over 20 years, my property taxes have increased (annualized) about 2.9%). My insurance this year started at $600/yr over 20 years ago to over $1382/year today (up 15% from last year. Paying off my mortgage (fixed cost) isn't near the enemy than the uncontrolled, unabating increase in my property taxes/escrow year of year.. In general, inflation and taxes are the enemy!

My retirement account has gone down by 13.7% in the past year due to rebalancing I did out of fear uncertainty and doubt. What are best alternatives to take in other to secure a financially free retirement and achieve ultimate peace? I don’t want to fail after 42 years of working hard.

You make me feel good! My wife and I never had big incomes. Through hard work, living within our means, making good decisions and saving money we have blown your net worth numbers out of the water!. On top of that we are both retired and have not had a mortgage or car payment for almost 20 years. (I’m 64) People say to us “it must be nice” well if you’ve got a couple of hours we can tell you how we did it. My parents gave me the best lesson ever, they taught me how to be poor, save your money and to be satisfied with the blessings you have.
