just did some training on a juicer system our company designed and built for another company, i’m gonna run it for a couple months and train up their guys over the summer starting Monday! 90% of my job is CIP, thanks for the video!

Thank you for your presentation. One my question, what type of the water or how much pure do you use for the pre-rinse? I'm curious whether the water is similar to WFI or RO system is enough to generate the water.

In which all steps water is recovered? .Where is the water used in next step ?
