Nerf Rapidstrike CS-18 Ammo Counter

IR Breakbeam mounted just after the flywheels, Arduino in the battery bay, mag present switch used to reset the ammo count. It also has upgraded wiring, a flywheel switch replacement, and a 2S lipo.

It occasionally has false positives on the counter, thus the 36 shots displayed when only 35 were fired. Still debugging that.
