Two responses to previous comments: I would definitely opt for a first floor balcony at that site because the ground floor lacks privacy. And that bed is no larger than a queen - not a king. It is a beautifully staged apartment.

I know you always say don't look at the staging but in this apartment it is gorgeous. Because of its location this is a good investment property.
Question when you say King size bed is that a Queen (american). I am watching from the Trinidad and Tobago and your King looks like what we call Queen bed.
