What kind of PC to buy at the start of 2022, for hardware-demanding work and gaming?

UPDATE/CORRECTION:

Anyone opting for a CPU with more than 6 cores (i.e. not going with Ryzen 5 for example), the cooler shown in this video will not be good enough. Noctua NH-D15S is a bit pricey, but high quality solution for 8 and more core CPUs.

Edit:
At this moment, my first choice would be Ryzen 5 5700X.
It is a bit slower than the model 5800X, but it heats up a lot less, consumes less electricity, and costs less. :)
