Man, what beautiful playing. I can be impressed by the metal shredders, but I absolutely love the people who play like this. This kind of playing definitely touches my soul. I watched it, then immediately watched it again. Of course, B.B. King was the master of empty spaces which reach out and grab you, and Buddy Guy is the master of dynamic playing, but probably all the great blues and blues rock players use all these techniques to various degrees.

Strange how something so doable can seem so intimidating and impossible. That's how I felt about lead playing in the past. Once you get the hang of it, it's so much fun. Being able to play like this boosts your morale and helps you over that plateau.
