WARNING. ⚠️Doing this on Zafira B will deplete your car battery to zero in next 2-3 days. To prevent it, you need to disconnect the car battery for 30 seconds and reconnect it. This is a software bug I confirmed on all the Zafira B cars near me.
— While you are able to disable this diagnostic mode using the same procedure which was used to enable it, the defective condition will remain and your battery will be fully drained. The only known fix is to disconnect the car battery so that the control unit loses its memory. You have to consider whether losing your settings is worth testing this mode.
