I Try Recreating An Iconic Astrophoto With A Small Camera

I used the ZWO 585mc and my Sky-Watcher Evostar 80ED to recreate the framing of an iconic nebula located in Cepheus!

The final image is about 18 hours and I'm very pleased how it came out! I still would've enjoyed it to be a bit cleaner but I reckon I'm using this camera outside its main purpose!

I hope you enjoy making these astro vlogs as much as I enjoy watching them.
Nice to see you're still using the 80ED. I have the same scope, which I bought more or less based on one of your reviews of it a few years ago. I still have it. Still using it.

I've been looking forward to this one since you mentioned it. That first sub appearing was satisfying, and great final image! Sorry to hear about the lens, I hope the PG Tips helped with the pain. Proper professional vlogger with the light box and cinematic sound design. Love it!

Great video and nice seeing you back in business. I recommend using live staking while having a tea so you can see how your image is developing in real time. Enjoy!

Hey Ruzz, great to see you out with the gear again! I had to laugh, I’ve been after the comet and also decided not to try to name it!, unlike Paul who nailed it, eventually 🤣 Great image too mate, and don’t worry about your school boy error! Wait till my next video comes out! I forgot to put my weights on my Heq5!! Now that is a school boy error!
Clear skies👍

Nice image and glad you are back. I was expecting an image based on one night's worth of imaging. In any event, very nice work!

I enjoy watching your videos and I'm glad you're back again, I'd love to see more details on how you photograph a given deep sky object and its post processing, be it through affinity photo, siril or pixinsight. Thank you very much
