Innovative Servo 3 Lane Conveyor, Vertical Diverter

Pack Air has designed and manufactured custom Vertical Diverters for many years, but as product rates and sizes have increased so has the size, weight and speed of the conveyor section that we pivot to make the shift between the upper, lower and sometimes mid-level discharge conveyors. Now add an automated guide rail system or other equipment onto this section and there is some serious mass to fling around. This has led us to develop the next generation of Servo Vertical Diverters with a new drive system and double redundant fall protection to ensure the safety of operators and maintenance personnel. Our new drive system totally eliminates the bouncing motion associated with decelerating a fast moving heavy load and provides rock solid stops every time without servos fighting to compensate.
