My first trimester was a hell on earth, I felt weak, hot and cold, I had hot flashes, insomnia, anxiety and worst of all nausea every single day, I thought it will never end, but past my second trimester it slowly disappeared. I feel so much better now, despite really bad every day back pain, shortness of breath and overall discomfort, it's so much better then what I had before. My baby is active and healthy and I'm looking forward to meet him!🥰 Hold on there, ladies, it will get better one day!

Great video, quick tip lean forward when peeing it's empties your bladder completely you might think your finished but lean for and it will empty the rest
