i doubt you’ll ever see this dodie. but i babysat a girl with cancer for years, along with her siblings. she passed away two years ago in march. her 9th birthday was this past saturday. they sang this song at her funeral so it has significant value to me and i got a tattoo of a blackbird because of it. thank you for making a beautiful song even more beautiful
