How to use ANY AI privately - The most private LLM

There are more than enough tutorials on how to run AI on your laptop, which is private but insufficient. Not everyone is gonna have the hardware to run a capable enough model on their device. You are gonna need a dedicated GPU and plenty of RAM in order to run something like a 7-billion-paramater Llama3, which is a very small model compared too GPT-4 or Gemini.
And even if you do have the hardware, sometimes these small open source models are just not capable enough. And in any case, you probably want to hop between multiple models that are gonna excel in different tasks.
So what can you do if you are in that situation?

In this private AI tutorial, I am gonna show some really cool things you can do take control of your data while using cloud based LLMs. And I am gonna teach not only how but mostly when you should hop between local and cloud-based services.

You are gonna learn what to do and what to avoid. There is so much to show you so be sure to stick till the end where I’ll share my secret methods I use to bypass all forms of identification with these online services.

The part about running local A. I. is what makes me the most interested.
No data sharing, just me, my computer and the prompt.

1. Use TOR.
2. Prevent time correlations.
3. Don't provide personal, correlating/revealing information, including conversation/typing style.
4. Create fresh accounts, with email addresses not tied to your phone number often enough.
/thread, but also why bother

I still love my LV reverse monogram kislux clutch! It's versatile, fits a variety of items, and is definitely a workhorse! I think seeing it everywhere (like the LV speedy) is proof that it's already a classic.

Whenever they tell me somethings private and super encrypted I know that's where the NSA hangs out the most 😅😅

the model it self does not store the data, it is the framework around it that stores the chatlogs/uploads them to the cloud. it takes a few lines of python to load a model into memory and get a chat prompt if of course you use crap that has telemetry built in like most of the hugginface solutions or crap built with go(ollama) your device is still being monitored

I currently don't use GPT anonymously, however, with this I might end up tweaking that.

Great information. Just one minor grumble. Getting started on the video took way too much time. Lots of rambling.

Naomi Brockwell television is how I found your Channel

*I installed Alpaca* (for Linux/Zorin OS). *It was EASY.*
Just before that I had already watched your convoluted instructions - on Naomi's channel. I gave up. Way too much hassle for me.
But then I was surfing through the Software store and saw Alpaca.
No command lines necessary. Just point and click to install.
After installing I just pointed and clicked to download a couple of models I chose: Llama 3.2 and Mistral Large.
And so I don't get it:
*What features or functions am I missing out by simply using Alpaca?* Rather than using your extremely convoluted multi-step method.
Alpaca even runs in its own window. No browser needed.
*Am I missing out on anything by using Alpaca?*
What exactly is it that I'm missing out on?

Always find it funny when a closed source service says they are not storing anything/deleting all of your data on request. How can you prove it? Seems best to just run AI locally

Simplelogin requires your ACTUAL email to get an alternative email. This does not hide your identity. If it did it would not require your ACTUAL email - zero reason for any privacy company to ask for your email.
