Hey Guys welcome back to the Karvin Katers cooking Channel!

So, I have decided to hold true to my philosophy of cooking and instead writing down a recipe for you guys to follow, I would rather just give you the ingredients, perhaps some pointers and let you guys go with the flow. Cooking is exploratory and individualistic (is that a word🤔?) Everyone’s needs and desires are different when it comes to food preferences so it’s only natural that the cooking process should be the same!

So with out further a do:

Funnel Cakes

Ingredients
All Purpose Flour
Milk
Water
Baking powder
Salt
Sugar

Toppings
Powdered sugar
Frozen Cookie Dough
Mini Brownie Bites
Ice Cream
Nutella

Tips and Tricks

-batter should be thinner than pancake batter but thicker than crepe batter

-make sure your oil is hot

-mold isn’t necessary but does help

-squeeze bottles and piping bags work just as good as funnels (squeeze bottle has most control)

-a dripping rack makes a difference instead of eating all the oil or possibly allowing them to get soggy if put directly on plate or paper

-multiple fried batches will kill your oil see photo reference

-use whatever toppings you like

-use swirling motion when pouring batter
