That's pretty much the weakness of any fpv drones in active combat now, as the target could hear them approaching.

I love how almost all of the most dangerous and deadly weapon systems started off as a way to put a smile on faces or entertain people.. then they get twisted into things that remove faces and cause terror. Fireworks evolved into ICBM’s. Airplanes went from a way for man to take in the beauty of earth from the vantage point of the birds.. then turned into fighter jets and bombers.. now drones went from a way to give people access to helicopter style cinematography in a portable/ affordable manner.. now they raining hellfire from above and letting artillery fallow people into shelters.. it never ceases to amaze me how humans have this uncanny ability to twist things into different flavors of death dealing.. there are soo many more examples, but too many to list here.

In real case on battlefield you often use handmade solutions from materials you have. So, you just put a grenade without pin in a glass cup. When the glass cup breaks, the grenade explodes.

An innovation that is undeniably cool but also unnecessary. The drone doesn't need to manipulate grenades when it can be a higher yield explosive its self with far less cost to manufacture. Calculating the odds of the drone making it out of a confined location in time to evade the blast you will have the same end result in almost all situations of the drone being expended.

You are literally paying exuberantly for needlessly complex drones to do less damage with a time consuming process that makes them far more likely to be shot down before they are effective at all if you choose to run with something like this.

Its already used in ukrain war for 2 years. Now they throw few 40mm mortar shell. Alsp there are suicide drones with rpg-7 warheads. Its called FPV-drone.
