This anime is so relatable to my life or any musician really. Grew up a very introverted musician who stayed in his room every weekend and just practiced guitar.

This anime just brings back the nostalgia of my teenage years and in a very positive way.

I haven't been following anime in a few years but this show popped up in a K-on sub and I had to check it out, so far it's really good and reminds me of why I loved these type of shows so much.

Ikumi Hasegawa is Kita the singer, she really does have a great voice and a pretty wide range in characters based on the audio from her agency. She might be one to watch in the future.
edit: I finally realized why this OP felt familiar somehow. Ikumi Hasegawa has almost the same tone as Shoko Nakagwa doing Good Knows from Haruhi
