You've scaled it down from 1:100 to 1:500. But the default scale settings we draw in AutoCAD is in ratio 1:1 but how do we change the drawings drawn in 1:1 scale to 1:500 scale ..??
Any idea..?
Please make a video or guide me.

This is completely wrong! You always draw 1:1 and use the annotation scale for printing and scaling on sheet.

The time you are spending to scale a drawing is a joke and waste of time! It takes 1 second to change the scale of a drawing and you are spending 3 min.
