Theory:
Submarine is gonna be use to explore underwater (we might meet a sea king) and if this theory is correct there might be a sea event that is an ancient city that might contain the devine art

I know I might be overthinking this but there’s a clock tower on port town that says approximately 1:25. Maybe we might be getting a sneak peak or news about the next update on Jan 25. This is just my theory

i think this submarine thingy is for divine arts maybe it is like a boss under the sea that we have to kill to unlock the divine arts
because the submarine npc said that we would explore the depths of the sea after he is done with it.

My thinking is that you might have to do some quest or do something to help the npc repair the submarine and then he can take you to the 4th sea or tell you something about the control

The submarine is like Trafalgar has i think the control is gonna rework because the submarine is Trafalgar vehicle so it makes sense if control gets rework because Trafalgar is using control fruit

The first theory could be a boss raid that spawns every 5 hours and u get a chance to get mythic fruit for example you go fight a dragon boss that give items to get divine or other thing like weapons and u could only do it after doing a quest line. If my theory right the game could get much more interesting and fun!
