The best thing about this blaster is that it had a commercial with a young Seth Green with a Skrillex haircut saying some of the most 90's things while shooting mimes and shit with it.

My uncle gave me and my brother one for christmas when I was a kid. It was the one and only Nerf blaster that I ever owned as a child. It's also the first vintage I ever purchased. As awful as it is, I love this thing as much as a maverick.

I had the stinging scarab when I was little and it was great. the range was perfect for inside my house, and it was really accurate. It was bulky and the extra darts never stayed on, but i still wich i kept it. I got rid of it with all my other nerf guns. then a few years later I had a revival when someone bought me a maverick.

The worst part is they made it again later on in the same series as the reactor (another amazing blaster).

The worst I know is the Nerf Gator. A lot like the Scarab, but you have to use 2 hands to pry open its jaws every time you reload, meaning you need a friend to put the dart in the barrel while you hold its mouth open.

My primary is the Nerf slingshot, it may be a little bulky and over the top but my secondary is the mega mastodon, very lightweight and manoeuvrable

I just bought one of these in perfect condition with all 3 balls at a thrift shop yesterday for 73 cents.  It is indeed terrible, but I couldn't pass it up.  I'm sure it will just hang on my wall for years to come.  :)

I had one of these as a kid. The thing I loved about it as I left it out in the sun by accident one day, and the foam balls got really hard. When my mom's friend would bring her kid over I had to play with him and he was really annoying. I would throw those balls out of and he would complain that they hurt, but I would never get in trouble cuz they were Nerf so they seemed safe. But I knew exactly what I was doing LOL

The Nerf Atomizer is worse than this blaster. It's also a slingshot but is uncomfortable and only fires two balls. Worse yet, as GameGear360 revealed on Nerf Wiki, it fires darts farther than balls.

The worst blaster ever is the koosh vortex viper shot, because it scored the lowest at less than 1/10, according to Nerfipedia
