This songs exposes keke’s vocal weakness. This song shows what happens When she can’t hide behind runs and screeching- in efforts to get cheap applauses….

Her melodic voice doesn’t have the timber that other singers have. She’s too sharp and brassy sounding. There are certain singers like Whitney, Gladys knight, Leanne rimes, and probably the most voice with most timber is Donna Summer. There’s a constant humming resonance in their regular singing lower notes that just vibrates and carries the melody . It is hard to explain, but if you hear these singers when they are not trying to riff- you will hear it…. It’s a steady vibration in their voice that holds the notes out and fills up empty space. Keke doesn’t have it. She can only fill space by runs- she can’t hold a note and let her timber fill the room. She is sharp and off pitch….

It’s not a diss…. It’s just an analysis. These slower paced songs that don’t have riffs reveal her weakness.
