I think Quintana must be the best. Another estimable Colombian is Luis Herrera. My favorite before Quintana is definitely Joaquim Agostinho. Incomparable life!

This is the Nairo that we all used to watch with excitement, great to see his got the fun back after the moviestar block. He may not have a TdF team but if his got joy of riding back, so....if we had the tour, at the right time, he was in great shape....even for a giro....but now will have to wait and see.
